ScrollCapture captures full-page scrolling screenshots directly inside the user’s browser and allows local editing and export.

• No screenshots are uploaded to any server.
• No personal information is collected.
• No analytics or tracking systems are used.
• No user account is required.

Permissions Usage

activeTab

Used to capture the currently active webpage selected by the user.

tabs

Used to access tab information required for full-page capture.

scripting

Used to inject capture scripts into webpages for screenshot stitching.

downloads

Used to save exported screenshots and PDFs to the user’s device.

storage

Used to store temporary editor state and user preferences locally in the browser.

offscreen

Used for background image processing and stitching operations.

clipboardWrite

Used when the user copies screenshots to clipboard.

Host Permissions

Required to capture webpage content across supported websites.

Third-Party Services

ScrollCapture does not use third-party analytics, ads, or tracking services.
